A Bridal Shower with Style

Welcome Miss Tatiana (soon to be Mrs.!) to the Photography by Stacie blog. I was officially introduced to Tatiana through her cousin Tameika (a blog regular) although I have seen her at many of the family events. Her Family and Friends put together a very elegant affair with the makings of a high end event to celebrate her upcoming nuptials this summer. Everyone made the event FUN (wink-wink) and I'm sure she will enjoy the memories and multitude of gifts as her big day approaches. Congratulations Tatiana!

Celebrate 40 with Style!

Meet these lovebirds: Karen and Jeff. This sweet couple flew all the way here from their home in Florida to celebrate their fabulous 40th birthday with all their close friends--many from their high school years here in the bay area. This Hollywood Red Carpet event was put together by BOFA events located here in the bay area, and was held at Lake Chalet in Oakland, CA. This definitely turned out to be a memorable and fun party for the couple's shared birthday. Happy Birthday Karen and Jeff!

The Stork is on the Way

Welcome the lovely Tameika back to my blog. She contacted me last year to let me know that she was expecting a bundle of joy and to top it off---A Girl!! She was planning a nice baby shower to celebrate the coming of her 2nd child and wanted me to capture this day. It was a beautiful location and many of her friends and family were there showing their love and support. I'm starting to feel like I'm part of the family now having photographed Tameika and her aunt's birthday parties in the past couple of years. Family members were coming up and giving me hugs :).

Glitz and Glamour 30th Bday Celebration

In early October I photographed a 30th birthday celebration for two Glamourous young ladies--Tamieka and Kizzy. Like all true Hollywood types they made their entrances in high style down the red carpet for everyone to admire and see. Jaws were dropped and cheers were abundant.

Of course like any true red carpet event you have to pose for the paparazzi (me) :-).

Baby J Shower!!

After a great weekend photographing this loving couple, the following weekend I joined them again to photograph their baby shower. We celebrated the coming of Baby Boy Johnson with all the Johnson's family and friends and based on the HUGE turn out.... their new bundle will be loved and spoiled with gifts.

Congratulations Marcus and Jaliza! You guys will be wonderful parents.

On July 26th, Adrienne and her many friends partied hard to celebrate her coming of age. At 35, Adrienne partied like she was a fresh 21 and she looked good doing it.

The theme of the party was to celebrate the 70's in all its glory (and I have to agree being born in the 70's myself). Like a true glamour girl, there was a brief clothing change to continue the night in style.
Like any true party, the company of good friends, continuous good music, and a plethora of the finest in liquor the party continued into the night and on the dance floor.

It was a great party and Adrienne truly enjoyed herself..the smiles throughout the night proved it. Happy Birthday Adrienne! Will see you on your next big day!!!
